John approached Mike, our head personal trainer in Essex, when hearing about him through a friend. He had heard about Mike’s reputation for getting results first time round with his personal training.
John liked to keep himself fit and in the past was a keen gym goer, however, after a promotion at work the role became priority, and naturally keeping fit took a back seat in his now busy life. John sat down with Mike with some goals he would like to achieve and in the time frame he wanted to achieve them. He also admitted that since taking on this new role at work, that he has become very stressed and found it hard to follow a gym routine and therefore needed the motivation of a Personal Trainer also.
After running John through some initial assessments and working with John’s availability, Mike was then able to work out a time frame and training programme for John to follow with his new Personal Trainer from Optimum PT.
John has since achieved every goal with ease and finds the motivation provided a huge benefit in his personal training. John has seen a vast improvement in not only his strength but also in every fitness barrier he has ever hit, enabling him to go ‘faster for longer!’.
John has admitted that his gains have not only been met by the one on one personal training he has been receiving but the ‘Nutritional Programme’ Mike devised for him has done wonders for his Energy stores and weight loss also. In just 12 weeks John managed to lose 2 Stone in weight and feels GREAT!
We asked Mike what it has been like training with John? His periodic assessment have shown a vast improvement not only in weight management but also his anaerobic and aerobic capacity has been progressive also!”
